I know you are bumed out as I would be also if it happened to me.If your going to keep the bags,Which by the way look great on your bike.If you can find a peice of aluminum to support the inside of the bag,That should help to keep it from sagging.
Good luck in your choice.

P.S. You mite want to support the other bag the same way.It probly will do the same thing.

Well I'm not even going to mess with the bags. I bought some throw overs locally and I like them much better. I guess it's a lesson learned. I have the easy brackets up on ebay if anyone is interested in them.

Does leatherup make brackets?

"So I bought a set of saddlebags from leatherup.com and a set of easy brackets from another place. I got the saddlebags without a problem and had to wait 2 weeks for the easy brackets so I could mount the saddlebags. "

It would seem that if leatherup makes brackets, that buying brackets from them would have avoided the problem in the first place?

I mean I don't expect BMW side cases to work on Givi brackets.

Leatherup does not make brackets as far as I know. If I could have gotten the bags and brackets there I would have. I did not see brackets.

I'm still working on them and I got a local bike shop talking to them also trying to get me satisfaction. The people at the bike shop can see there is a defect in the bag too...

Odd... i got my coat and gloves through them and i got just what i wanted. no problems whatsoever.

Ive been warned about buying motorcycle bags online before. Its always a good idea to see how well its going to fit your bike before you put em on there.

Judging from the shot of the left bag it's obvious that there is no stiffener in the inside of the bag. I think a long strip of aluminum or other metal about 1 1/2 inches wide running the length of the bag and drilled to match the existing holes in the bags & brackets would solve the problem. Just mount the strip and then the bags to the bracket.
BTW I just received a pair of leather jeans from Leatherup and am very satisfied with the service and product.

Well I'm glad you had a good experience but they did not honor their guarantee and they do have a horrible record with the BBB and other rating sites. I got a response from the BBB and it is posted on the site. It's disappointing to me anyway.
