I know you are bumed out as I would be also if it happened to me.If your going to keep the bags,Which by the way look great on your bike.If you can find a peice of aluminum to support the inside of the bag,That should help to keep it from sagging.
Good luck in your choice.
P.S. You mite want to support the other bag the same way.It probly will do the same thing.

Does leatherup make brackets?
"So I bought a set of saddlebags from leatherup.com and a set of easy brackets from another place. I got the saddlebags without a problem and had to wait 2 weeks for the easy brackets so I could mount the saddlebags. "
It would seem that if leatherup makes brackets, that buying brackets from them would have avoided the problem in the first place?
I mean I don't expect BMW side cases to work on Givi brackets.

Judging from the shot of the left bag it's obvious that there is no stiffener in the inside of the bag. I think a long strip of aluminum or other metal about 1 1/2 inches wide running the length of the bag and drilled to match the existing holes in the bags & brackets would solve the problem. Just mount the strip and then the bags to the bracket.
BTW I just received a pair of leather jeans from Leatherup and am very satisfied with the service and product.
