I'll reserve judgment on the new Concours until riders can actually verify handling and vibration issues, if any. Kawasaki also hasn't announced tuning and horsepower specs for this engine at this time.

Any time a manufacturer makes a serious effort to upgrade their product it's good for everyone as it attempts to raise standards, especially in long distance sport touring.
