I've been known not to wear it when rolling the Trike down the road and back.

Just a thought but what might be more relevent is total mileage on a motorbike and mileage at time of accident.

I'd say better than 95% of the time I have a helmet on...every so often I'll run to the store or back to the office without a lid, but it's rare.

Rider error, changed mind about stopping at rest stop after I passed paved entrance and went across grass - Oops -- Surprise - wet grass is as slippery as oil. DUMB mistake.
