for my bikes (1984 CB650SC and a 1991 Nighthawk 250) and the first two are absolutely superb resources. hdlparts.com is a lot easier to use because the micro-fiche is "built in" to the website Didn't check the third but will have to do so.

Good choices on both the course and the 400 bike. I started at age 51 last year on a 454 Kawasaki. A pair of family friends also started at 50 and 52.
There's lots of that middle age crisis stuff around. Good luck and safe riding.

I passed the MSF ans have my license now! :)

I passed the MSF and have the license to prove it. My bike is now running and only needs a few things to get it on the road. I agree with Social Distortion - It stinks to get all of that done and get all reved up and then put the bike on moth balls for the winter.
And gsJack- Do you still have the 81 CB 400 T? Seems like these bikes are good bikes and people try to hold on to them.
