I have a guss that the coil can be burning up the stators. I noticed at the end of the day it was an cdi coil. Im going to try and put on an AC coil and see if that works in the morning.

It sounds like you've changed everything then... could it be buildup inside the cylinder head or something? This is making my brain hurt!insaneman_12 wrote:4 timeslol

Well it turned out that the coil was burning up the stators. Turns out that the CDI coils run off of DC voltage as the AC coils run off of AC voltage. Points are an AC current. There for the coil is not getting the proper amount of energy. Which causes weak spark. Just wanted to tell you in case anyone else runs into this problem.
