Out of shear curiosity.. are you allowed to buy a motorcycle without having proper licensing for it, or no?

I want to buy it and get it all ready, but I don't have the course or test in yet. (I'm going to buy it new from the lot because I cant find any within a few hours radius)

Yes, you can buy it without a license.

+1 to "Proficient Motorcycling" series. Im sure its already saved my life or costly repairs to my bike by now. Fun, easy to read, and it makes you think about not only how to be prepared to operate the motorcycle and what to expect from the beast, but also traffic situations, how to avoid being placed in a dangerous spot in traffic well before you have to take evasive action and hard breaking.
