This is real? It's not some kind of fake thing? Anyway, I like motorcycles. And I have a somewhat developed sense of adventure. But I wouldn't do this - even on a shitty bike, even real slow, even with tons of armor - if you paid me. Anyone know if the dude walked away or not?

Looks like a broken leg at the very least. I'm pretty sure that was real, based on the lack of editing, and the fact they showed the bike getting lifted out with a crane. Definately wasn't a smart idea though. d
I cannot believe he went a third time.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

i think travis salami or pastrami or strambolie or whatever his name is has a set up like that for practicing motocross tricks, or whatever u call them. it looks like his place.

ya thats right dirt bike not bmx... after watching it again i realized the ramps way to big for bmx
even IF he 'landed it' it wouldnt had been that cool i mean hes landing in foam how cool would it be to see him just vanish in a foam pit you dont know if hes still on the bike or not... but oh well the crash was cool
how fast do you think he was actually going when he hit the ramp on the final attempt. seemd like he was going rather slow imagine hitting that thing going 100mph

That's a foampit used by 'freestyle motocrossers'.... hate that term, 'crazy show-offs' or 'bloody idiots' maybe..... and all the big names use them to learn new jumps. Complete mid-air 360's are common nowdays, due completely to these pits. Mike Metzger was the first to dream it up for motorcycle use, but he stole it from the bmx guys. He was also the first to do a backflip on an MX bike, and the first to seriously fark himself up failing one..... strange breed, them freestylers.
No Witnesses....

You know, as I was watching it at first. I was thinking "itd be funny if he went over the thing and landed on the ground." and lo and behold, he does it..the amazing mental powers I possess amaze me at times... as for 360's... heres something for you hungry people.
