I'll probably keep it so I have something I can tour on and count on while I play with other not-so-practical bikes that pass through my garage
The 750 engine was sort of tame and never charismatic like the non-Vtec 800cc engine, which IMO is the best VFR engine ever.

However in terms of looks, your VFR has it all over the VFR800. In fact the last of the VFR750s like yours which mocked the look of the infamous oval piston bike is one of the best looking bikes ever produced. I fell in love with the looks of it back in 1997 and was going to buy it. However, I heard that the new VFR800 was coming out in 1998 so I waited for that instead. I was very happy with the bike except it was never as gorgeous looking as the VFR750.

I guess we are really old school. Our daily riders are an 84 VF1000F and the wife's 86 VFR750. Fun bikes to ride for as far as you want to go.

Those two are bikes that I lusted after when I was a kid and didn't have two nickels to rub together.
