Wuss...

Just kidding, Shelly.

Down here it might easily get to 45 degrees C (115 degrees F) with very high humidity. Even the iguanas sweat, and they don't have sweat glands.
I'm starting a petition to cull narrowminded dull people - be afraid Peter, be very afraid....

when its too cold to ride and I get that bike fever I just take my ATV out, I would highly suggest for you guys to purchace an ATV, its a great change of pace from riding a bike and the people that ride ATV's are far more friendly toward each other and you can ride ur brand of ATV with any other brand of ATV, unlike riding a bike, like if you own a HD you can't be seen riding with someone that owns a rice burner

Maybe in your town. I've got friends that ride everything from a BMW to a Harley and everything in between. Kinda makes me feel sorry for you... almost.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Not in NY unless you have your own land, can not ride ATV's on snowmobile trails against the law and no atv trails that i know of. Plenty of brand bashing for snowmobiles but we all ride together!!

Mr big_ry_ry here in Pencilvania we don't have that problem, the state has areas in state parks where u can ride ur ATV and every weekend in the spring and summer every fire departmet has a poker run for ATV's, and up in Potter County that borders NY state they even have state and township roads that ATV's are legal to ride on. snowmobiles ride ontop of snow and they cause less eviromental damage than what ATV's do and ATV riders carry coolers filled with beer and litter the woods with empty beer bottles and cans and some of them even chased Bambi and killed some snakes.

moto they are far and few area's, I have looked into it. Most state parks here do not allow it. There maybe a few but it is not worth the cost to travel and buy for the very limited amount I could use it, I was just merly letting people know to check their local laws for use. I am familiar with a lot of area's here as i live in one county, work in another and have a cabin in a third county and I still don't know of any ATV friendly trail systems, all are dedicated to snowmobiles. I am not saying that there is no place to ride, I just don't kow of any and I have asked around and most people I know that have them all have their own land to ride on and they don't know of any trail systems. I know some places that you can race ATV's but no casual riding area's that I know of!
