Thanks for your detailed response. :D

I do plan on wearing more than jeans year round. My understanding is that on the II version, it is only the inner thermal liner that has the zipper thing. I guess so that you could keep your torso warmer if your legs get too hot and vice versa.

It does get over 90 here in Colorado but we don't have the humidity like you guys do. I wonder if they changed the ventilation system between the I and II models...

the ventilation looks exactly the same: the top of the suit has vents, but nothing in the pants.

i hope Ozzy chimes in again to let us know how it feels when it's over 70 degrees F.

i know that i'd be too hot, but maybe he's fine?

how skinny are you?

Me too, maybe he only wears it during the colder months...? I'm 186 lbs and 6' 1.5" now so not exactly skinny but not exactly plump either.

Congratulation !!

I have ridden at 10 degrees only but i think it is my Limit :)

Under this temperature , i can't enjoy meyself ... i suffer the cold ... the tyres don't have grip and the ride becomes dangerous , in my opinion obviously .

Rode at -26F once. (all of my snowmobile gear on at age 19) 3 miles and stopped at coffee shop. Had to call truck because gas line froze up. Wish I could still take the cold like then, now arthritis kicks bad around 45 or 50F.

I ride a 250cc scooter year around. I don't ride in snow or freezing rain, but there is warm days in mid winter.
