i use mine mainly as a status symbol.

It was a split between hobby and short day trips. Don't you take hobbies on short day trips?

Isn't commuting a short day trip?

I think of every place I go on my motorcycle as a "trip"! It is always an adventure, whether is it a quick jaunt to school or work, or a 300 mile twisty ride. So I put short day trips.

I ride for enjoyment. Love to hit the back roads. All trips since ownership have been less than 200 miles.

I like "short day trips." Occasionally ill ride to work but usually im to lazy to pull the bike out the garage at 7am. That may change though if the gas prices keep climbing.

I'm lazy the other way.

For me, it's either ride the bike to work and park right in front of the building between two parked cars, or park at the garage three blocks away (and downhill).

Once the wx warms up I use it for everything as well, (except making money)
I have been offered sums of money if I would just leave a few times though Does that count?

I commute to work on it as well as errands to town and riding with my friends on the weekends.

To and from schoodle and verk, running errands and toolin' around town for the pure joy of it.

All of the above except for my living, and I am working on that one. So how do I vote?

Definitely my hobby, but when driving it to work on occasion, still my hobby.
I just get to enjoy the ride into work
