I think that, if you upload the picture to photobucket.com it gives you the ability to easily resize the image. One of the options, I believe, is 'Avatar'.

Copy and save to your computer than upload where you like. I'll keep it on my photobucket for you for a bit.

Odd I get this "The avatar must be less than 133 pixels wide and 220 pixels high"
And this one fits those requirments. I am rather computer savy, so I thought...this is embarrassing loL!
