My butt...well it was numb, but that was it! My seat is pretty nice. Make sure you get a comfy seat for the wife!!! My boyfriends Honda CB750, before it was a solo bike - the backseat was SO uncomfortable. I hated it.
Oh , and pleaseee get a lot more experience before putting her on it!

Yes, VERY addictive :D. Hopefully we get out tonight, unless it rains!

Thanks! I will surely be posting many more stories :D. So far the plan this week, tomorrow go for a nice ride in the evening. Then its supposed to rain most of the week, ugh. My boyfriend rides to work, rain , snow, shine - but not me! No way! Then this weekend up to Madison, Indiana - gorgeous long ride through country roads (about 65 miles each way - hope to get 200 miles of riding this weekend). Then we will check out a few wineries ( I wont be drinking, but sure as hell will buy a few bottles to take home!), have lunch and ride back. I can't wait.

With gas prices, I would love to ride to work! But I have to get on 2 highways, then to get into work a very sharp turn up a VERY steep hill. So that is a no.

Yeah, i rode to work today on my bike. Any day that happens is a good day. And i get to look foward to riding home after work too. Actually im still at work. Waisting time as i have a drum lesson between work and home.

I find as long as its over 45-50F i can ride fairly comftably and its always warmer on the way home.

7 miles of my 15 mile trip is right along Lake Michigan too so it is a very scenic route.

I will be changing jobs soon, and will definetly ride to work! My job is over May 25th. Not sure what is next, but something closer to home :D. Good thing, as Im sure gas will be over 3$/gallon again! My car gets maybe 20 miles to the gallon, my bike about 55 mpg!

75mpg, thats awesome! My boyfriends Ninja250 gets like 65 I think. When gas got really high last year, we took that everywhere!

Oooh yes! Weather is awesome. Today we are going to ride to all the bike stores in our area, not sure where else.

Tomorrow we will ride up to Madison, IN. Its about 70 miles each way! 2 friends will be riding with us. I am pretty excited. Its a gorgeous ride up there, Ive only experienced it on the back of a bike! Country roads mostly. Madison has some nice little shops, places to eat, wineries.
