You only get "A" bug where you live? Lucky you.

I said June. It is early summer and the temps are nice and warm but the oppressive heat and humidity that arrives in southern Ohio in July and August hasn't yet come. The spring rains have passed. Everything is lush and green. The sun seems to shine everyday. And the days are peaking to their longest point. Just a beautiful time to be out riding.

I'm with t_bonee on this one. For us in Ohio it is just starting to finally get consistantly nice out, but not too hot yet. I can almost assume you will get to ride most of that month.

April - because it's the first time to get out on the bike in Calgary!
To be honest, I don't really enjoy riding in April because of all the gravel on the roads (they use gravel all winter long to help with driving conditions in the snow and ice). But it sure is great to get out for that first ride!

The temperature is excellent, and I don't have to deal with Spring's pollen getting all over the bike when it's parked at work......

I choose June only because around here the left over sand from winter is long washed away from corners etc... so riding conditions are dependable. Temp is also nice but not a oven yet.
If I could pick a second month it would be early fall where temp is back to nice, roads are still clean, farms with plenty of crops grown and almost ready for picking. Between nature and the farms its just beautiful.

October in Indiana means moderate temps, little or no rain and the leaves are changing so our prettiest times are afoot.

Any month.
I prefer warm ones though.

A month after a long winter break, or the fall..this was a tough one. But September is perfect riding weather here in Ohio.

I like any month that has a vowel in it.
