ok did that and i can tell a little diffrence but i still want more imagine that lol
ok my new question if you jetted it right and cut the cone of where we drilled the holes would ther ebe a significant power lose or anything im not looking for the fastest just a little low end umph and i like a deep sound when i reved it without the caps on the back i loved that sound
so my question is how would i jet it if i cut off the cones how high would i have to bring the mains up and such

When you start making changes like that to the pipes, the only real way to jet it properly is with a dyno, or a fistful of jets and alot of time to spend swapping them and test riding.... and hopefully not burning it down before you get it rich enough.
If your going to just gut the mufflers, why not just remove them and put some stubby turnouts on the end of the header or something. At least you'll still have the stock mufflers reasonably intact if you want to go back.
I hope it's only noise you're not getting enough of, because it won't give you any drastic power increases to gut/remove the stock mufflers. Maybe a little, possibly none. You need before and after dyno runs to know for sure.

i really dont want to gut it there is a cone on the end of the cap fr the exshaut to get out the way it works on this is it goes to the back of the muffler then threw a hole to the front and down the middle and out so there is a chamber at the back that alows exhaust to hold to go back up the pipe i just was wondering about taking off that cone that connects it from teh middle to the cap

?huh?
Someplace in that single sentence, I get the idea you want to eliminate the resonance chamber in the mufflers, making them straight through pipes with a fat outer sleeve....? Am I close?

lol ya sorry bout that run on. ya some what ok let me explain in a little more detail. when the exhaust leaves the engine it goes 4-2 then in the muffler it goes to the back. where it hits the chamber that has a tube in the middle for the exit. but before it can go threw that it goes back to the baffel near the middle threw a little hole in the plate. and then out the center (the pipe threw the first chamber i talked about.
the thing i was thinking of doing was just going to cut the tube off so it still had the end cap on. i ran it without the cap and tube last night i really didnt like the sound like that to much it was loud but not a controlled loud.
as of right now with a few holes drilled in that tube. it made it sound like a foreign car to whoever is behind me
i just want to make it a little louder with out have to rejet horribly
i have done the washer method on it already if you haven't heard about it you just still 2 #4 washer to raise the needle a little higher
so any advice would be great thaks again
