'96 VW jetta VR6. Those cars were little rockets with that vr6 motor, hit 130 with ease and still had some revs left but thats when the governer kicked in. Great car, I miss it sometimes.
But the most intense top-speed experiance was in an '89 jeep wrangler that my friend had. 4cyl, 5 speed, lift kit and huge tires. Wide open on a long straightaway...80mph. Felt like it was going to violently shake apart and between the roaring engine and tire noise it sounded something like a World War II bomber plane.

I once got an 85 accord up to 110. That was as far as the speedo went. And just about as fast as i ever wanted to go on a wheeled land conveyance.
i've had the c50 at an indicated 90. That was to keep people from trying to make me into some sort of paste on the slab though. (really really hate the interstate) And the fookers were STill passing me.

I had the FZ750 at 110 before now, and still accelerating hard, but that was to prevent myself being boxed in on the motorway. All my escape routes bar 1 were being blocked off by the traffic, and theres no way I was going to be left with none

Stock 97 Honda Prelude. Going to Santa Cruiz at like 12 am. straight road as far as you can see and not a single car. had two other people in the car plus luggage in the trunk. Hit 135 but it wasn't relined just wouldn't go any further. I suspect that if i was alone probably could hit 140 maybe a little more. really smooth too, if things weren't flying by so fast i would of thought i was going 80 90.

I think you've been watching too many movies with the word "Furious" in the title
