I was *counts on fingers* 16 the first time a now-ex convinced me to ride on his Honda Shadow, and 18 when I convinced a different ex to teach me to ride his CBR 600.

I first started riding in my head. I think I was 12. The real world just progressed smoothly from there. (I think I was 19 or 20 when I actually hit a kickstart for the first time.)

Dyin'? Boy, he can have this little life any time he wants to. Do ya hear that? Are ya hearin' it? Come on. You're welcome to it, ol' timer. Let me know you're up there. Come on. Love me, hate me, kill me, anything. Just let me know it.

14 years old on a 74 yamaha 350 2 stroke! It was registered as a moped and it looked like one to boot. I never got in trouble or even questioned about the moped tags on it and all emblems were long gone when I got it! I wish I still had that little bike! Then again I wish I still had every bike I ever had!

A friend offered to take me out for some "motorcycle therapy" after I had a bad break up about 5 years ago. I was only a passenger, but I fell in love.

I watched my older brother get his first bike and start riding. Then I met my boyfriend who rides and races, and I finally signed up for MSF and got my license a month ago, first bike 2 weeks ago. I'm 27.

I got the itch while hanging on to the gas tank of a Harley Davidson at the ripe ol' age of 5. My Godfather was best friends with a gentleman named Trev Deeley and received a loaner bike every summer from him. Them were the good ol' days...
