What if you wanted to get fancy? What are the options for say a bluetooth comm system built inside your helmet with the ipod under the passenger seat? Are there any systems that cancel out wind noise and enable you to listen to headphones without turning them up all the way?

the systems that take into account wind noise just raise the volume. Try something like sonic 2 earplugs or others with high low filters. You can get some as cheap as $5 a pair that last a few months or ones that cost $120 that are custom fit and last forever. Those cancel out windnoise and let the music from a helmet speaker system to come through
