If your bike started knocking, would you keep riding for another 30 minutes?
If it was me, I'd shut the bike down, check the fluids, let it cool off if necessary, and see if I can diagnose the problem.
The
LAST thing I would do is ride the bike for another 30 minutes after it started knocking...
