Factory demo rides at Gail's HD in Grandview today 7/20 and tomorrow 7/21. I want to check out a V-Rod.

I just got a postcard of confirmation for a "stand by" seat on 9/8/07 in the MSF course! Hopefully I can get a seat.
I guess a 1500cc bike would just be asking for trouble. I just found an 85 Vulcan 750 for $900 that I might consider buying if it doesn't look like a complete beater (no picture available). If I do get it, it should give me a good idea of whether I want to upgrade to a larger Vulcan down the road. If I don't get it, I'll just look for another cheap starter bike then. Thanks for all of the helpful input guys.
