Everybody thinks their local drivers are the worst (my vote goes to New Jersey, personally, not because I think the skill level is lower but because it's skill level + attitude * population density).

Though I'd like to think the small town I grew up in in Ohio had pretty respectful drivers. I remember when I lived closer to Columbus, I got a letter from my insurance company saying they had verified that I lived in the area of Lincoln Village and therefore my rates had been adjusted....down! I had the lowest rate I've ever had, barely $50 a month for my car. Same car I have now and pay $70+ a month for in MA.
