The traditional biker jackets are expensive and you can't wear the kit on in the city riding tour. You can go with the other mesh/textile jacket as well that has inner protection shields. I have two kits and a Mesh Jack that I had ordered from viking cycle https://www.vikingcycle.com/collections ... et-for-men. It's not that much protected like the kits but it is, and comfortable. I usually use it on weekend rides with my boys.
