What's the hassle with using two hands? If you aren't using your left, I'll take it
I can fill up my tank with one hand.

I have never had the nozzle click off when filling my tank. what you do stick that nozzle all the way in?MotoZoto wrote:Well not just splash back.
In my experience it allows you to squeeze more fuel in your tank maybe giving us a few extra miles.
And it stops that repeated clicking from the nozzle shutting off over and over again.
I've been able to fill up in seconds one handed.
Just food for thought my friends!
no cause I stick the nozzle just far enough in to keep the gas from going everywhere and I keep it touched to the side of the "entrance". We dont have those gay recovery nozzles either.MotoZoto wrote:Has anyone else had the clicking off problem?

If you went to jail for defeating them, the jails would be full of motorcyclists. I remember when the vapor recovery nozzles came out in CA in the '80s. No one expected bikers to actually use them the same way that cars do. If you did, you'd only get maybe half a tank to a fuel stop. Bikers are expected to pull back on the recovery shroud and fill up normally.ofblong wrote: It is a good idea for those with those recovery nozzles because it keeps you from going to jail for defeating them.

They had those stupid nozzles here in Phoenix for awhile, but then most of 'em disappeared in the last 5 yrs. or so. Somehow, I think they'll be back some day. Something that cumbersome has got to be really popular with the folks at the EPA.
