I wish! The air temperature would be too cold for the bikes would be my guess! Down south, the Anchorage area, there are a few diehards that do try and ride all year. I have seen the studs in the tires of their bikes. Too cold recently down there. When we had -54 and -70 in Tok, Alaska, they had -20 and that is COLD for them being by the ocean and all.
We get hopefully, about the middle or first part of April thru the end of September, middle of October to ride, so a little longer season. It is usually longer for some of us because our roads don't "break up" as soon as the highways do, so if we want to ride, we have to trailor the bikes out to the highways!! Or, we skate along with our feet down for balance until we can get out to the dry pavement. Me, I just wait until our road is ready, then I go. I must confess I do own a full set of Gerbing heated gear and it does get used! Whoo Hoo!!

Amen to that, no use pushing it~yep, you probably make the most of your riding season like we do. Not sure how far north you are? We also get the added sunlight which just begs us to ride longer and longer.....

Hey Panos ,good to meet u. From the looks of the bike in your avatar life begins in 2 nd. gear

My Bandit tops out at 248 Kmh. at the drag strip, would never try that on the highway. Have a good day. Have a good story about 3 moose, Honda Nighthawk and me . Still feel the pain.
