I get a lotta parts from a local motorcycle salvage yard.... Not sure how many there are in iceland??? :shock: :shock: :shock: But I'd give it a try...

Geo-thermal heat/cooling is here, Sev. Works well, all you need is a temp difference of a few degrees between the constant underground temp and the outside ambiant temp above ground. Drawback is cost to set up, between drilling down deep enough and the equipment needed to make it operate, an average house in Alberta runs about $25-40,000 to set-up and equipe.

Hydro solar heating works on the same prinicple for a fraction of the cost .
