I wish Suzuki kept the names like Savage, Intruder, Marauder, Madura(well maybe not that one...lol). The new letter and symbols sound more like European sedans.
And its hard to compare the old and the new. Which one is now the Volusia? There is no "V50."

I always thought that some bike names were pretty funny. Like the Suzuki 'Intruder'. They should call a bike the 'Violator'.
Or maybe that's just my juvenile sense of humour shining through.

The funniest bike names I can recall are from Swift. The Punisher and the Tormenter are apt descriptions of what you get for your $30K

The old Marauders are the M series, the Savage and the Intruder are the M series, and the Volusia is the C series...
