I've been riding all winter. With an occasional week in between rides.

I have to admit I'm ready for the nice weather. One night i left the house to go to a bonfire and it was 41. When i left the party it was 25!!!!!!! GOOD GRIEF!!!!!!! Wish I could've seenthat coming. This place was 15 mins away. SO I was riding 70mph in 25degree weather!!! I made it home fine, but the tips of my fingers hurt for the next few days. FROSTBITE is my guess. So I'm ready and thankful God made seasons that are nicer than others.

Other than a 10 day stretch to get parts and fix some ignition problems, I never really quit for more than a few days. One Sunday I rode to church in 13 degrees! Needed a jump afterwards to get home. Granted it was only three miles each way, but it was fun anyway. If it's not snowing or icy, I try to get out for at least a couple hundred miles a week. Now I can do that in two rides on the same day. Still, I'll take an extra 10 or 15 degrees over today's low forties...

I need a cash infusion badly. Or even just a month or so of someone not screwing me over would help. Since Jan. my wife was outright de-fruaded by her 'friend' to the tune of 3 grand, then a round of identity theft cost me another 1500..... I'm starting to lose my faith in humanity's inherant goodwill......
But I'm rolling this year if I have to turn out the wife on a street corner to afford it......

Which has been made possible by someone with the generosity and goodwill to lend we a bike! (creep, creep
