What does Honda have to do with getting your oil analyzed and changing it according to your bike's factory recommendations?

The guys that made and service my machine said to use a blend, so I do.

Everything in this post says Honda on it

While I don't have my MOM in front of me, I'm pretty sure mine doesn't specify synthetic or non-synthetic oil. It gives oil weights based on temperature and JASO and API standards the oil should meet.

Can you post a picture or scan of your motorcycle manual that says to use a dino/synth blend of oil?
