What will we see squids riding next? Crocs?
I'm surprised more squids don't wear those now, seeing how it'd have to be more comfortable to have the whole top of your foot covered.

The wheeliemeister there was pure genius though. I'm just glad that people are stupid enough to practice their idiocy where cameras are rolling such that it can be captured on film.

Heh, come to the Springs! I've seen squids riding their literbikes in shorts and sunglasses. Nothing else. Their sandals and baseball caps are underneath the passenger grab strap. Or between them and the bikini-wearing girl on the back wearing the same footwear...

Around here, it seems like most sportbike riders wear a full face helmet and at least a jacket. It's the cruiser riders that I see riding around in shorts and no helmet.

Have any of you actually ever seen a squid riding a bike wearing flip flops???
yesterday, on my way home. dude pulled up opposite me on a cbr in shorts, tee shirt, and flip flops, started revving his bike, almost killed it when he let off the clutch, and then tried to make up for it by tearing "O Ring" up the highway. idiot

I honestly have never seen any sportbike riders(or any riders for that matter) riding withe flip flops. The sportbike riders around here mostly all wear gears and expensive replica helmets. I see tons of cruiser riders however in shorts and wife beaters while wearing slip on loafers with no socks, and of course no helmets.

I find the barefoot part quite hard to believe; although anything is possible I suppose. However in my experience, sports bike riders tend to wear their gear far more than cruiser riders. We have no helmet law in CT and the vast majority of sportbike rider wear them. Cruiser riders almost never ever wear a helmet.

Last summer I followed a guy on a sportbike into town - full face helmet, shorts, t shirt and that was it. no gloves, no shoes or socks.

I believe you guys because I don't know why anyone would make up something liket that. I still cannot fathom how anyone could ride a motorcycle barefooted. It must hurt like hell when you come to a stop. I personally have never in my 22 years of riding, ever seen anyone riding a bike barefoot or even with flip flops. The closest I have ever seen, are guys on cruisers with slip-on loafers or boat shoes with no socks, which I see quite often.

I rode in flip flops once, bringing my bike out of my parking garage into the front driveway. That was so awkward and uncomfortable, I was like "so THIS is why you're not supposed to ride in flip flops!" And that didn't even count riding after the engine warms up...my toes would be burning.
