I was 210 for a little while, normally I was hanging out at 195... Then I started taking karate 3 hours a week, the first few months nothing seemed to happen and then from October 2007 to December 2007 - I lost like 30 pounds. I've gained 10 back, but it isn't as bad as it used to be.

At least there is muscle under the fat.

Yeah, but I've been really wussing out on my workouts lately. :roll: I've been keeping the weight down primarily by eating less lately.
