The bike would and has done fine in the rain. I'm just not fan of rain riding. I haven't gotten any rain gear (yet) and I've been caught in it before. Not my first choice for riding. I've got a cage, so why not? Riding high speed highways after a twelve hour night shift in the rain sucks. I'm just getting over a cold for the third time this year PLUS it seems I've got an ear infection. Not feeling it. By next week I will be itching for a ride, though. Hell, I'd like to be on the bike right now, but looow energy. I'm not 100% right now.
