A trailer would be easier yet but I have a Tacoma, 6' box. Brought home my wife's, '08 CF Moto 250 Automatic, and at another time my '80 Suzuki GS550L. Most people have a friend or neighbor with a truck.

Both bikes were long enough to reach just past the bed, tailgate down. Just tied in with 4 ropes to the tie downs on the corners of the box they ride very well, although ratchet ties would be better.

We loaded them by pushing them up a 6' - 2x10 that had a ramp end for the tailgate. That with only one person on each side of the bike. I have to say it was easy.

Watch out for some bikes that are lower to the ground. The Moped we started with scraped the top 10" of the ramp with its center stand no matter how I parked. It was difficult to load unless the truck was parked lower than the end of the ramp by at least 5-6"

Putting some kind of a stand on a back of a pickup truck to make the bike attached and secure on the truck bed. You just need to make it on yourself and put it in your truck bed. You might have to see some friend that could guide you or help you on the work.
