It ought to be fairly easy to pass a city/county ordinance against that sort of thing anyway.

Will be interesting to see if the phad catches on elsewhere.

if you want to hear a whistle while you are riding just go through town wfo it wont be long before you will hear many police whistles right behind you.with all the cities now trying to pass legislation to bar motorcycles because of noise this is the stupidest thing i have ever heard bar none.

oh no, someone doesnt like something lets all ban it now.

this is how guns get banned, alchoal gets banned, etc.

its stupid whistle but people take it upon themselfs to go out and make laws against it lol how about country music man i cant stand to hear that stuff lets pass a law on that while we get the whistles taken care of too.

In Colorado, an exhaust whistle is considered to be emergency vehicle equipment, and therefore not legal without an EV "fireball" or permit.

3 things about that video:

1. Those a**holes should have their legs broken for driving the way they did.
2. "Bub" should never never make the "woo-woo" sound again. Ever.
3. DONT PUT IT ON YOUR BIKE! Motorcyclists have a hard enough time as it is convincing people we aren't irresponsible squids.

How can a 'whistle' be 'decoration'?

You can't actually see the thing they're installing and I don't think sound qualifies as decor. :P

That's the most beautiful whistling sound I've ever seen.
