Yes there are several.
I don't need a club to ride, but I do enjoy hooking
up with them every now and again.

Upstate NY or Mid NC, as in North Carolina?? That's a bit of a spread. Are you a snowbird, or have a heckuva commute, or something? :humm:

Looking to Ride with Others

Suggestion: local dealership sponsoring group rides

There's one motorcycle dealership near me that is co-owned by wife-husband team. The wife is the manager and the husband focuses on customer service, i.e. free maintenance classes/seminars and weekend group rides. At least once a month he likes to coordinate a motorcycle or ATV ride. The dealership even springs for lunch and it's family oriented, i.e. they did a ride to a corn maze last Autumn.

I would consider it if my husband had to work on a weekend and the weather is great for riding.
