My wife loves bikes. She rides an '06 Softail, her second bike (first was an '00 Kawi Vulcan 800 Classic) and she has ridden with me out to western Canada, out to the east coast twice, down to Americade and all points in between. She loves bikes so much that she insisted on being whisked away from our wedding last August in the sidecar of an Ural. Not only that, but she made me ride through the biggest mud puddle we could find because, in her words, "I paid a lot of money for this dress and I'm only going to wear it once, so I might as well have some fun in it, dammit"...

My girlfriend likes to ride on the back with me for the most part, as long as it isnt too cold or wet outside. Every time i hint about her getting her own she doesn't seem to happy about it. dang. May be if i keep leaning on her she will come around....

All the girls I've dated loved bikes but none of them wanted to drive one. Until now. :D

It's hubby's fault--he got me into this. (I remind him of that now that I'm looking for another bike and making plans to ride to Colorado. )
I was a nurse on the trauma ward, for pete's sake! My response was: "fine, you volunteer on this ward for 6 months and then we'll see how you feel about it!"

Place nearby was selling scooters. Damn fun-looking, cute little scooters--not much bigger than the minibike I used to ride as a kid. Oh, look, what is that . . . a 250cc motorcycle? Huh, I didn't know they came that small . . . it goes on the road? There's a motorcycle safety course we can take? Gee, you don't have to buy a bike first, they let you use a bike just like this one here. Maybe for your birthday we'll sign up for the course, just to see . . .

And so here I am.

I have no SO. However...if I did he would have to have no issues about me riding.

15 years... that's what she would have got for killing you. She'd be out of jail now.

Just sayin'. :whistling:

Happy Anniversary!

High_Side's another rider with a keeper, you lucky people.

I have a lady friend that rides a 750 Honda Shadow, if she were mine to keep, I would... lol
