Are your lines clear from the petcock to the carbs? Mine had a price tag stuck in it when I first got my bike, prevented anything from getting to half of the carbs.

if there's fuel out of the hoses at the carbs and you really think that the carbs are cleaned, try the fuel rail.
im trying to remember my bike here, but i think that yamaha had a fuel rail instead of individual hoses to the carbs.
