I go for looks, and then sound, my pipes are the most expensive you can buy, they come with removable baffles, which gives it a deep roar, I would not have been able to afford them, but the dealer said he would put them on for just a bit extra if I bought the B King, I think they look miles better than standard B King pipes, and they sound really good in the flesh,
I have a vid of them on YouTube, but they dont give you the full deep sound on there, I am over the moon with the pipes, and even more so with the bike.

Okay, I'll be the dumb one. The pipes look great but what is a BK? The Bike in the picture is impressive looking. However, I will take a chance and say a lorgest Hyper-Bike not really a repli-racer. If someone tells me it for sale in America, I'll know I've been in my shop too much...

I love everything about the B-King...... except for 201 things.

First thing is styling... not really up my alley, but looks are also the thing I care least about, so it's a draw.

The next 200 things...... are pounds. Suzuki really blew a great concept here. Get this thing down to about 400lb and they would have something.....

I do like those pipes compared to the 2 stock plastic cannons.
No Witnesses.... :shifty:

This has been going own for as long as I've been around. My dad said it was the complaint about the CB750 when it was compared to the Brit Bikes. The Japanese belief in cubic horse power making extra wieght superfluous. He has always found that he likes smaller quick bikes over heavy Fast bikes. Most peope I know have gotten used to the movement mechnics of large and fast but not as maneuverable. In situations where it is a chaotic combination of twisties like an old river road. My "old" Buell will still wipe a literbike because it has faster and quicker mechanics. But on a DOT approved road, a 600cc will leave me behind because it can use it's superior engine to just motor away from me. So most riders don't know what a real handling bike is like. So another 200 lbs is not that big a problem if they have the power to pull themselves out of any situation.

Thw CBR125R will not be imported into the USA because of two reasons. First American Honda thinks it won't keep up with American traffic. And they don't want the bike to compete with their lucrative scooter sales.

That's why I asked about the 250 motorcycle vs scooter sales. If there wasn't such an expection of a 250cc motorcycle class being imported than it wouldn't because they make more on their scooter sales.

Just a thought...

You lost me somewhere on your train of thought. Or maybe I never was on the train to begin with, but I'm hoping that was the medicine typing.

It Fits - Related to: They have one for my bike.
I know this doesn't fit the thread but a NH750. I still have mine though it's been so long that I turn it over, I may have rebuild it just to get it going. I loved it and wish they still made it for it would be such a good bike for newbies who have gotten out or the little bike stage.

I hope yours is doing well for you still!!!
Doing fine. Starts instantly (with choke, darn cold blooded Honda's).

Mines 18 YO now, I and would have no problem going out and riding to CA from NJ. It has been reliable as a stone.

I had 2 buddies start on them. they are good "back to Biking" or even first time riders. they handle well, not too heavy, enough power for thrills, but no wheelies or stoppies. The motor is smooth, The clutch light.

Great starter bike, and good enough to keep if you want too.

One buddy moved on to a ducati ST3, the other is on a 1200 Sportster.
The Sportster guy is altitude deficient so the sporty allows his feet to reach the ground.

Back to Topic:

Vacne and hines and MAC are the only choices in after market exhausts for the NH750. The MAC are cheaply made (My CB360t has a MAC system), so for me, if I go aftermarket, V&H is the only option.

Sound

then

Looks

I have carbon fibre Yoshi's on mine, they have removable baffles, and they are just right for that deep throaty V-twin sound :)
