Haha when it's 70 on Christmas day and you see people wearing coats it throws you for a loop... Nothing like being in the desert in the wintertime.
Oh and we're down to -1, is kinda chilly!
Buzzz, I feel you on the snow, it does not have to snow, I'm perfectly happy with it being warm on Christmas, just as long as I don't have to deal with Holiday traffic I'm golden!

Last year we got a big snow in mid-December, must have been almost a foot. Was fun the first day, got old by the second and third. Thank Jebus it was melted away by the fifth day...
Seriously though, everything shut down for under a foot of snow. Gas stations were running out of fuel and everything. The Media was going on like it was the Snow-pocalypse of 2008.

I'm with you on it Buzz but I would probably be in jail for domestic abuse if I held true to it. My girlfriend loves that phrase.

So it's official..... "It
has to snow for Christmas." is an acceptable excuse for domestic violence?

Awesome!

One of the all-time best X-mas's I ever had was in Mexico.
+30* on the beach with a bottle of Mescal and a bag-o-budz... Oh yeah, Baby! Now
that's Christmas Cheer.
No snow needed... Santa's got a sandrail.

High 60s to low 70s here
(Excuse the gloating. Summers in the tropics are brutal).

You know I really don't mind the cold...even the really really bitter cold where the C and F scales meet at -40 isn't so bad. I just don't like snow. I figure the real cold keeps the riff-raff out.

Yea, I live in Texas and we reach 104-5. The problem is today is 36 f and I had to take the truck to work. There is no justice.

. The Met Office is predicting sub-zero at the weekend.
Hoping for a mild January so I can ride over to North Wales in the New Year.
