Finally got around to getting some help with the carbs. Put on a DynoJet stage 1 kit on them and threw it back together. I think there was a vacuum leak somewhere, along with the springs being really bad for the slides. It's all gravy now, except me breaking a plug wire. Honestly never seen that before and don't know how it happened, but she runs great now.

Another month or two and I'll have all the bugs and kinks killed/ironed out and paint on it. :D

Really how is that Katana? I've been interested in riding one. I remember there being some hype about them being fast...

Sadly, I haven't had it out on the street yet with the carbs working right. Still working on a licensing snafu. As for being fast, they aren't the fastest thing on the block, but they put out a respectable amount of power. I think they are rated at aroun 80 crank HP, which is a decent step up from my Rad's 51. The Katanas do have a bit more low-end grunt than a same-year GSXR, since they did a bit of different headwork and had different cams.
