riding superstitions/ritials?

Mostly for the wind whistle at highway speeds. It has a cumulative damage effect on your ears. Since I started riding, I noticed my old tinitus (gunfire) has gotten worse. I now wear earplugs whenever I plan to go 45mph or over.

My only ritual is T-CLOCKS - so far.

If my bike is hard starting then I won't ride. I learned that with my dirtbike, everytime it got hard to start but I got it started something bad happened (broke something, crash, cops.....)

arent you worried about not hearing traffic or sirens around you? i tried riding with headphones one time and really couldnt be comfortable not hearing whats around me.

I really only have one ritual and that is I clean my sled every morning before I take her out . And check my gas tanks .
Also I clean my scoots before I do any work on them .
