What engine displacement are those? Glad you're surviving the vuvuzelas. They'd drive me to murder before one day was out... haha

Yeah I saw that in his earlier post, but then he said wee wee stroms rather than just wee strom lol. Wasn't sure if they made another displacement elsewhere.

We are on day 19 now, let me tell you that the more we ride these bikes the more impressed we are. Over 4500 kms in 19 days. 230 a day may not sound much but this is all in traffic, lots of splitting and a few hairy moments.

The bikes are a joy, light, responsive and will hit 180 in a blink. they have proven to be comfortable and competent and much more power than we thought. same FI engine as the SV 650. Real easy to ride ride.

Phew, home stretch now, Japan - Paraguay last night was hectic, last game at loftus in PTA, so no more 80km night riding in rush traffic.

Have tosay that the bikes are coping really well, which is more than can be said for me, hell man I really need some sleep.

Thanks mate, running on adrenaline now,

2 more late night runs on Friday and Saturday and then the final with the week in between being 9am to 3pm.

Last African team in is Ghana, going to be huge, and I can not go to the game, I will be on duty outside listening to the vuvuzela's and the roar of the crowd

Saturday I may be riding in a big parade in Soweto.

Have to say that the doom sayers have had to put their big feet in their big mouths. Everyone talks about the SA hospitality.

Today and Sunday to go, nearly there

1200 hours
20 000
900 litres of fuel

all in 33 days, man this has been a once in a lifetime. If the world cup ever does come back here I will probably be too old to do this again, bugger it though I would try. ha ha

At least you won't have to hear those stupid vuvzelas after this. My only complaint during every game.
