If it's your first bike, the power on the duc should be perfect for you. You shouldn't be trying to keep up w/ anyone until you've been on the bike at least a couple of months anyway.

Since the bike is a rare model - (IF) you don't drop it and (IF) you don't mod it, you could probably sell it to a collector or another newb for a decent price.

If you can't do your own maintenance, however, I would leave it for someone who can, unless you've got some bux to burn.
