Since it smells like fuel I'm guessing it's either a leaking fuel hose or the better bet is that on the evap control system there's a malfunction letting fuel into the airbox.
It's confusing because the OP said he did not smell the stain. He said the air filter smells of petrol, which isn't all that unusual. :boat:

Kind of frustrating because if you or I were able to see the bike, we would probably be able to diagnose it in a second. :? :frusty:

Agreed. Very hard to diagnose bikes over the innernetz!

I am sure my Honda seller will get rid of the problem if it was NOT UNDER WARRANTY
anyway
the 10l/100km (i used converter) should be about 23 MPG, whitch is too bad, and imho its related to the leak...
But for sure i am gonna take it to honda (maybe different seller) again, but If theres a
leaking fuel hose or
evap control system malfunction letting fuel into the airbox, as u said,
is there a way that they can see error on diagnostics tool or they have to get dirty hands?

No that wouldn't show up, so they'd have to go get dirty again.
As for the mileage, that's pretty horrible for a 600, much less a non-race-tuned one.

i made a short video, u can hear weird sound there, like tiki-tiki about 20.s in movie and a needle at the end, when bike is idleing. It mowes a bit up and down.

left side gets too warm after about 1 minute i started bike, much more than right side of motor, also on feel it sort of vibrates more (intake manifold) than right one.

i still think something is wrong :frusty:

The tick tick sound is COMPLETELY normal, it's your valves, they're relatively loud on bigger bikes.

The tach needle moving up and down ever so slightly is also normal. Your throttle butterflies are adjusting the amount of air they bleed and every adjustment makes just a little movement on the gauge.

Can't tell ya on the warm front there.
