Me on my '71 BSA A65T, circa 1982 in Lahr, Germany. This was the maiden voyage after a few weeks of wrenching to get it road legal. Ditched the ugly, square, chrome stock gas tank in favour of a sleeker '70 Triumph Bonneville unit...

Awesome thread! I love the vintage bikes. The other day I thought I saw what could've been an old Honda dual-sport across an intersection, but my light turned green before I got to find out.

Saw some great old (+new ) bikes a motorcycle day in Calne, Wiltshire this weekend.
This first pic is of a fantastic Douglas Dragonfly Circ 1950. Spot the funky headlight. I have never seen one of these bikes before.

And I am trying to locate the tiniest oldest, cutest llittle Monkey ever seen in a backstreet in Tokyo. It's in my saved pics somewhere but cant find it right now. Stay tuned.
