Just set up camp in Osoyoos, cookin' here...ceemes wrote:Summer in Vancouver usually start around the end of April, beginning of May and can last well into the end of September or the middle of October on a good year. This year, we went from winter, hard a slight taste of spring, to a couple of days of summer, straight back into Autumn. Yesterday I stopped off at the bike shop that I use to service my Connie and the girl that usually works on it wasn't there. Talked with the shop owner and he said that coz of the poor weather this year, the riding season was a bust and not many people were out so he couldn't bring her on this year. Its so bad, that they are closing the shop for a couple of weeks to go visit Calgary.
