If you've been learning on a F650GS single, and you're used to it and comfortable with it, I'd just go ahead and get one if the price is OK. Like sapaul said, it will be a better fit for your 6 foot height.
Of the other bikes, I'm not sure a GZ250 will even go 130kph. If it does go that fast, it will be absolutely maxed out with nothing in reserve. A CBR250R will have a little more extra left at 130kph than a GZ250. I'm also 6 foot, I sat on a CBR250R and I could fit on one to ride. A GZ250, not so much, it feels more like a toy.
