I just dug out last months Two wheels Only for the insurance article.
I am in no way suggesting you get the example Bike, a CBR1000, but if you can insure a 'Blade in your area for less than £900 there shouldnt be a problem insuring a 600cc Hornet.
Rider and Bike
CBR1000RR Fireblade
Rider 25 - 2yrs no claims - garaged - alarm & immboliser - mileage unlimited.

but that was for a 25 years old - the magic age as some like to call it...but I am just coming up to 20, so it will be a bit different, lol - thanks for your time, though.

If you're wanting upright seating that's sort of what you're stuck with. Otherwise it starts turning into "hump the tank" sportbikes. They have their place, but I wouldn't want one for normal street riding. I've got an 04 hornet 600 in fact. There's a link to my experiences with it in my sig. I'm loving the hell out of it.
I don't have a girl, all i got is my tank

Hi Kal - I have loved this bike to death - I have been on it every day so far and haven't got bored of it - last weekend, I did 120 down the motorway - i know, i know

but hey, I couldn't resist it

as you rightly pointed out, I have had it for around a month now and have put 900 miles on it!!! But yeah, it is great, more nods off of other bikers, mates are impressed and get a lot more looks off of people - 23 looks (from different peopl, not a group) on the way home from the shop when i forst got it, lol.
