For looks, fuel economy and over all fun, it's cool.....however what makes it utterly awesome is that it one of THE best learner bikes of the modern era. I will be shopping around for one for my nephew in a few years, gonna make him my riding buddy.

Awesome awesome awesome!!!

This bike has always been one of my favourites. It is so appealing for it's looks and strong sturdy engine. Such a great bike to begin with and carry a rider through their first months/years of riding. In fact, I pretty much signed up for my MSF course just because they had this bike in their fleet. I was lucky enough to be assigned it for the "road ride" at the end of the course and I felt so cool on it - even though I was wearing a bright safety vest over my yellow jacket...

He's a good kid, pity I can't say that about his little brother, that one you don't turn your back on. His 16th is next year, so thinking of getting him some riding lessons. And if he is still into it, a good used Ninja or Honda 250, only problem is they are heading out to Fort Mac at the end of this month.

Awesome little bikes. Tons of fun to throw around on some tight twisties, and that's big ole me saying that. That said, FI!!! These things run so cold-blooded it takes plenty of pre-planning to ride them in stock-carb form, which for most of us isn't a problem, but most people new to riding have no idea what a carb is, how it works, or even why their bike takes a while to warm up.

Wow, that was a close one in the voting! If I was a betting man, I would have lost as I thought it would have definately finished as "Awesome".
