You don't calibrate them, a certified calibration tech does. It takes dedicated equipment to do it right. Take it to the place you bought it and they will send it in to be done for you. Should cost about $25-40 depending on who you deal with. No probs - just make sure you care for it (store it properly, don't drop it, etc etc) It should treat you just fine.
I have to get mine done once a year to keep my ISO 9002 rating, but I use them everyday. And they still ussually only drift about 2-3%(my 3/4 drive Snip-Off varies the most, but it also takes many 600 ft.lb pulls too, so...) from dead-on when I get the report back, so yours should be good for a few years.
