Coils are funky things sometimes as they heat up they can go from good to bad, intermittent spark is coil/plug wire /cdi or just a cruddy connection somewhere 95% of the time. Wish I could be more help but these problems are sometime just a PITA.

Thanks for the help, I'm going to see if there is somebody here that can borow me his cdi to see. after i post the resolts here
